Managing a HR Assistant, you will provide a full generalist service to the business.Client DetailsA successful SME Manufacturing business.DescriptionThe Interim HR Manager will be responsible for the full range of HR duties, working closely with the manufacturing site of c190 employees.Key responsibilities will include:Management of a HR AssistantProviding advice on a variety of ER issuesManaging long term sicknessManaging recruitment across the manufacturing plant and head officeAll ad-hoc HR dutiesProfileThe interim HR Manager will be an experienced HR generalist. You will be/have:Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in a similar sectorCIPD qualification or similarGood ER knowledge and practical experienceExperience of managing long term sickness casesStrong recruitment experienceAble to work on-site the majority of the time, with some flexAble to start in early January for an ongoing contractJob OfferThis interim HR Manager role offers:A salary of 40-50k depending on experience (the day rate equivalent inside IR35)Base in North LeedsOngoing interim assignment with potential for permanent for the right candidatePotential for 4 or 5 days a weekImmediate start
