Senior Finance Administrator

My client based in Warrington are looking for a Senior Finance Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities include

  • Ensure applications for payments are correct
  • Control of cash flow
  • Monitoring and reporting of profitability
  • Ensure statements are reconciled monthly
  • Ensure discrepancies are investigated
  • Review and pursue any outstanding invoices and applications
  • Monitor clients credit limits to ensure customers credit does not exceed agreed terms
  • Process receipts
  • Credit card processing and reconciliation
  • Preparation and review of monthly reports
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Experience of XERO or Workflow would be desirable but not essential

AAT qualified desirable
