NHS Digital - Support Administrator
Location: Leeds (home working at present)
Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
Pay: £12.74ph

This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.

The Support Administrator will be responsible for coordinating service support administration activities across several teams across Infrastructure Services.

This role will support and assist with the delivery of departmental server infrastructure which enables the robust and professional delivery of services. Key activities include:

  • Co-ordinating activities from a team mailbox
  • Management of a technical call queue and distributing tasks to the relevant teams
  • Providing project support
  • Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
  • Producing reports to monitor SLAs and KPIs
  • Managing and maintaining the Service Request Process, coordinating responses to new requests and maintaining status information

Skills required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Clear planning and organisation skills
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Proficient use of MS office programmes especially MS Excel
  • Must have experience in communications
  • Must be able to effectively work from home
  • Minute taking experience preferable
